Sleeper
Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, now living in these United States. Dual citizenship, Colombian and German. I enjoy a well made peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and have only had food poisoning once. Don't let people tell you that it will be the water in Mexico, Poland or Romania that will get you, it's not true. It's Indian food in Pennsylvania that you should watch out for. Like everyone else, I guess my surroundings influence and inspire me. Stop talking on your cell phone for a minute, stop listening to your ipod for a second. Look around as as you walk and pay attention, you may see and notice things you had never seen before. Did you ever notice that there is a white arrow between the letter "e" and the "x" in the FedEx logo? These things are all around you, but few ever see them. At the risk of sounding like a pain the rear, I'm not sure that what I do is art. No need to elevate it to that status. It's just stuff, stuff I produce. "Art" in my opinion, makes it sound like only a select few can produce it or enjoy it. Not so. It's just stuff. We all make stuff, we all like stuff.
